Not wanting to be too picky but wouldn't Scotland be the hat of England as Scotland is part of Great Britain and not the hat of it.

Maybe Denmark's or possibly Sweden's but not Britain's. Britain has no hat. We are without hat. :(

I see what it says and you're saying but it can't be a hat inside a hat if Great Britain has no hat.

That would be like saying Pennsylvania is America's hat, sure it's at or near the top of America but the fact it is part of America mean's it can't be it's hat(granted it is a little more convoluted in that Great Britain has three countries within it where America doesn't).

What country is Germany's hat? If Russia showed up it would have Finland as a hat and the hat would be driving a rally car all over Russia.
